What is a destination wedding?
A destination wedding is that one that is celebrated in a place other than the couple's usual residence. This implies that both the bride and groom and the guests attending the celebration must travel to a specific location for a few days.

Torre del Veguer is one of the spaces located in the Sitges area, therefore also close to our facilities, and it is perfect for celebrating weddings and events.
It represents more the mountain and nature part, it has a large garden that has already been the protagonist of many unforgettable moments and they make their own wine. In the space you can find several elements in relation to this; from materials that have become decorative, such as barrels that can be used as support tables, and the famous vineyards in which all the couples end up taking photos.
Because it is a dream to get married among vineyards.

They are a couple that exudes happiness and good vibes, we noticed it since we met them on the tasting menu and you can see it in the photographs; They transmit joy. Living abroad, not all couples can go in advance to test the menu, so for us it is great whenever they can come to ESKISIT Catering to try all the food they will have at their wedding.
July 7th, 2023, Torre del Veguer.
Imani and Delano celebrated their wedding in Sant Pere de Ribes and brought 100 people from the United States who joined this great day.
They arrived a little before everything started.
They prepared and enjoyed the previous moments of the celebration with their loved ones, until later the buses arrived with the guests.
They held the ceremony in a part of the garden, with incredible views and an environment full of nature.
We started the service with a welcome cocktail, which on this occasion we prepared half with pineapple juice and half with peach juice.
What we find interesting about offering a couple of cocktail flavor options is that we can cover more tastes in reference to the guests. Maybe someone doesn't like peaches, but they do like pineapple. And at the same time our drinks bar opens so if those present prefer a glass of wine, a soft drink or a beer, they can go there and order it.
In menu tasting we always offer the couple the option of doing 50% and 50%; either with a juice and glass of cava, or two different juices.
The most popular juices for this are peach, pineapple and orange.
Several appetizers were served by our waiters, among which we found the Fine flat "coca" bread with Iberian ham, the Peruvian-style corvina ceviche, the Quail chupa chup marinated in soy sauce and the Crispy ravioli with Catalan sausage and candied onion.
And as it could not be otherwise, they accompanied the wonderful moment of the appetizer with an irresistible paella corner that was starred by; Seafood paella, black fideuá (with homemade "all i oli" sauce) and a chicken and vegetable paella.
Their menu was very complete. As a starter for the wedding dinner they chose the green sprout salad with grilled scallops; a light, elegant and flavorful dish.
After, they enjoyed the main course; Baked salmon with vegetables sautéed with soy in the wok. Dinner continues with a refreshing citrus and vegetable sorbet (don't be fooled by the name, its flavor is carrot and citrus and it is wonderful).
To end the dinner Imani & Delano decided that they wanted a wedding cake accompanied by mini desserts and that was it.
We set up a sweet table with a beautiful dulce de leche wedding cake and the following mini desserts; cheesecake, brownie with walnuts, macarons and cake pops.
At the same time we served them coffee and a little later (with a change of look on the part of the bride) they went to the party.
In our wedding catering proposal we always include 2 hours of open bar to enjoy with the party. It can always be expanded if the couple wants to enjoy more hours of unlimited drinks.
We ended this wedding with a very sweet taste, and there is no greater satisfaction than having this feeling after doing your work.
