Celebrating a destination wedding in the heart of the Mediterranean is the dream of many international couples, and when Brazilian energy and joy merge in the dazzling space of Masia Cabellut, the result is simply incredible.

A Brazilian wedding at Masia Cabellut is a sensory experience where tradition, celebration, and sophistication converge under the Spanish sun, surrounded by vineyards and good vibes, creating a unique and perfect atmosphere.
Furthermore, gastronomy becomes the central theme of this grand celebration;
We begin with a welcome reception, followed by appetizers, a banquet, and then a party featuring Brazilian brigadeiros.
A destination wedding in Catalonia is a unique opportunity to create a complete sensory experience. Because in a destination wedding held near Barcelona, the cuisine defines and sets the tone for the event.

We are delighted to say that ESKISIT is a catering company that has worked at Masia Cabellut many times, so we know the venue inside and out.
That doesn't mean we don't work closely with the couple or their wedding planner for every wedding to ensure a successful event.
For Yasmin & Stefan's wedding, a celebration for which we spent months organizing and managing details, we had the great pleasure of working with Jennifer from Crystal Events and their team.
There was a lot of preparation behind it, as the guests were traveling from Brazil and other parts of the world, culinary expectations were high, and good coordination with the wedding planner was fundamental and essential.
We didn't just handle the wedding catering; they hired our international wedding and event catering company for a smooth, multi-day service, including a drinks bar at the pool party and a rehearsal dinner the night before the big day.

Preparing a Brazilian wedding at Masia Cabellut
We can confirm that, visually, the Crystal Events Barcelona team was responsible for creating a very striking and colorful stage design for the banquet.
The color purple predominated in the floral decoration proposal (at the couple's request, of course), they hung showy lamps full of fringes and they took care to affix to the table one by one all the names of the guests.

The gastronomic proposal for a destination wedding
Yasmin and Stefan knew they were coming to Spain to get married, and therefore wanted a Mediterranean menu for their guests.
ESKISIT was the perfect caterer, as we created a traditional Mediterranean menu using locally sourced ingredients and adding subtle fusion touches.
Our culinary offerings always include Fine flat bread "coca" with Iberian ham and premium extra virgin olive oil, as well as traditional Andalusian gazpacho. However, we are also incorporating ingredients that are trending or used in the cuisines of other countries. A perfect example of this is our Bao bun with slow-cooked Iberian bacon, cucumber, lemon-soy mayonnaise, and pickled red onion.
As we mentioned before, yes, they wanted a traditional menu from here; however, they also wanted a touch of Brazil in their destination wedding meal.
Therefore, after discussing options with the couple, they decided to incorporate Brazilian tradition into the celebration.
How?
We created a Brazilian-Mediterranean fusion by blending tropical flavors with local ingredients to prepare one of Brazil's most typical sweets: Brigadeiros.
This is the most popular and traditional sweet in Brazilian cuisine, characterized by its incredibly creamy little balls made primarily with condensed milk, cocoa powder, and butter.
We also prepare Beijinhos, a coconut version, and Brigadeiros de Limão, the citrusy and refreshing alternative to classic Brazilian chocolates, which substitutes cocoa with lime juice or zest.
And this is how their Brazilian dessert table looked, available during the wedding party:

We're committed to a classic, traditional menu with subtle modern touches, prepared with high-quality, local ingredients, because flavor is key.
However, we're always happy to incorporate elements from our country's cuisine whenever a couple asks us to. Personalizing the menu, as well as understanding and trying new recipes and flavors from other places, is something we find truly wonderful.
We customize sweets and appetizers for weddings and events, as well as any other requests the couple may have.
They ask, our kitchen team tests. If it's feasible, we go for it!
