A 3 day wedding at Casa Felix

Weddings encompass many celebrations, we don't always talk only about the day itself, but other events can be held to accompany it.

Raul & Mike did a 3 day wedding at Casa Felix; pre-wedding with a paella dinner and live music, a complete and incredible wedding day and a post-wedding barbecue around the pool.

As a Mediterranean catering specialist in creating unforgettable moments for all our clients, we did not hesitate to advise the couple, who lived in New York, with the perfect proposals according to the celebrations they wanted to hold.

3 events, 3 proposals, 3 different menus. Each one with its characteristics and its own style. 3 years of preparation (the events had to be postponed due to various situations) with a very happy ending.


Cristina and Eskisit coordinated and catered all the events for our wedding at Casa Felix in June 2023 (3 years in the planning)--Friday night Paella, Saturday morning breakfast, our wedding (cocktail, dinner, etc.), and Sunday BBQ/Flower girl's Birthday party. Cristina was our wedding planner and later brought on Gemma as well. They were both very organized in helping us plan a destination wedding from NYC. The amazing staff at Eskisit knew every corner of the property, which helped everything move flawlessly throughout the weekend. They were friendly to all the guests and and had expertise in producing events - down to where each person was sitting and what their specific allergies were. Most importantly, all the food was delicious and exquisite. Thank you to all for helping make this the happiest moment of our lives. Let's talk a little bit more about this 3 day wedding at Casa Felix.

Pre wedding; dinner with paellas

The first event that Raul & Mike organized for their guests was a welcome dinner with paellas cooked at the moment by our chefs.

They were clear that they wanted to welcome everyone present with one of the most famous dishes in our gastronomy.

It was a pleasant and quiet evening. Little bites of potato omelet and dates with bacon to start (while we prepared the paellas), some guitarists playing the Spanish guitar and endless conversations from all the guests.

The paellas that we prepared for the occasion were "Paella valenciana" & Seafood paella “el senyoret”.




Sometimes you don't need a big party to celebrate (especially if there is a wedding the next day). The most important thing is to be able to enjoy quality time with your loved ones.


Wedding day; breakfast with chef and and banquet style wedding

We continue with this destination wedding, let's go for the second day!

Another service they contracted with ESKISIT Catering was a breakfast with a chef. We know that it can be difficult to organize too many things, especially if you have several guests in the same space where everything happens.

The most advisable thing is to buy several snacks, drinks and basic general items that you may need, so that nothing is missing, and delegate what you can to different vendors.

Based on our experience doing international weddings, this is the best way for the couples to be able to enjoy and be more relaxed, while having more fun with their guests.

Let's go to the wedding day. 2023 June 10th.

They knew that the weather here was going to be hot (June), so they added a welcome drink before the ceremony with mini mojito, lemonade and water with red fruits. A very good alternative while guests wait for the ceremony to begin.


Cordes del Sud was in charge of all the songs that were played throughout the ceremony and the cocktail hour.


After saying "I do", we started the aperitif with a very refreshing cava cocktail. Among the references served by our team of waiters there was no shortage of gastronomic delights such as the shot of watermelon gazpacho, the mini pita with spiced duck, the prawn butterfly with croutons and sweet chili and the chupa chup of quail marinated with soy sauce.

The buffets chosen to complement the cocktail were the cheese corner and the Iberian ham cuted at the moment.




They chose to have dinner by the pool at Casa Felix; 

· Starter: Redicho flower with green sprouts, berries, goat cheese and honey and raspberry vinaigrette.

· Main course: Duck confit with pears in red wine and caramelized pearl onions.

· Pre-dessert: Bacardi Mojito sorbet

· Dessert: Chocolate mousse.

Although they had an individual dessert, they wanted to do the cake cutting, so they also had a small wedding cake (flavor of it; crunchy chocolate - Ferrero Rocher).




Without a doubt it was a most successful dinner among all the diners, with each dish, they enjoyed it even more!

Once the banquet was over, they did the wedding dances and later enjoyed a two-hour party with an open bar as well as a photo booth (with 360º videos) run by Bcn Imatge.



Post wedding; pool party with bbq menu

We started with paellas and end with an amazing barbecue. This menu is the perfect partner to accompany a pool party.

After a busy day with countless emotions, we end the weekend with a sunny day in which relaxation and good food reign.

The barbecue menu they had available for their post-wedding at Casa Felix was:

· Mediterranean salad

· Meats: Chicken, Catalan sausage, Entraña & Iberian bacon

· Potatoes "al caliu"

· Bread

· Homemade sauces: All i oli & Chimichurri



To accompany this incredible moment, Raul & Mike decided to add a cocktail bar with Mojito, Strawberry Mojito, Sangria, Mimosa, Bloody Mary, Gin Tonic, Vodka, beers, soft drinks and water of course.


And to finish the menu, and with it our service for this 3 day wedding at Casa Felix, they had a personalized birthday cake for a little guest who turned two years old that day.

We prepared that cake in our own bakery (located in Sitges) with great love, following the instructions of the couple; The decoration had to be from the movie Moana (Disney) and had to intersperse two flavors; White chocolate with hazelnuts and crunchy chocolate.
